Bilingual Telephone Assistance Service
This is a service where our operator makes a call in Japanese on your behalf. Calls may be made to shops, hotels, offices or acquaintances among others in order to fulfill your request. Note that you cannot participate in the conversation.
3 points will be required for this service.
Send email to 24@teltell.jp for your request. Please give us the following information: your Tel*Tell CARD number and serial number, your name, telephone number, email address, the name of the intended recipient, the telephone number of the intended recipient, and the details of your request.
Notice of Use of Our Services
- Upon receiving your request, we will proceed to complete your request as quickly as possible. You will be notified as to the result of the call as soon as the call is completed. This process may require a day or two if it involves a holiday or is made after business hours of the intended recipient and/or we are unable to reach the person with whom we wish to communicate.
- When requesting a reservation, you will be charged for the service as stated in our policy even if we are unable to fulfill your request for a specific date due to availability. To increase the possibility of making a desired reservation, it is recommended you give us alternative choices in advance. (For each intended recipient)
- You will be charged for the service as stated in our policy even if the intended recipient does not respond or refuses to respond to your request.
- Please consult with us regarding business / financial transactions, solicitations, monetary negotiations and translations requiring technical knowledge. ( Please call : 078-327-3330)
- Our service is available 24 hours a day in English, 9:00~22:00(Japan time)in Chinese and Korean.
- There is no time limit to the duration of each service, but we require that the contents and quantities to be within a reasonable range.
Three-Party Call Service
This service involves three parties on the same line, where our operator acts as an interpreter between you and the third party with whom you wish to communicate. This service is convenient when you want to make an immediate response to the person you wish to communicate with.
4 points will be required for this service of up to 15 minutes
Send email to 24@teltell.jp for your request. Please give us the following information: your Tel*Tell CARD number and serial number, your name, telephone number, email address, the name of the intended recipient, the telephone number of the intended recipient, and the details of your request.
Our operator will call you when we are ready to start the three party call. Please make sure to disable the phone setting that rejects calls from unidentified callers.
A three-party call starts the minute the call is connected to the number of the third party the customer provides us with. This will include the time we are put on hold before the person the customer wishes to talk to gets on the phone. Please note that there may be a situation where we are put on hold for a time that exceeds 15 minutes.
