This is a service where our operator makes a call in Japanese on your behalf. Calls may be made to shops, hotels, offices or acquaintances among others in order to fulfill your request. Note that you cannot participate in the conversation.

Send email to 24@teltell.jp for your request. Please give us the following information: your Tel*Tell CARD number and serial number, your name, telephone number, email address, the name of the intended recipient, the telephone number of the intended recipient, and the details of your request.
This service involves three parties on the same line, where our operator acts as an interpreter between you and the third party with whom you wish to communicate. This service is convenient when you want to make an immediate response to the person you wish to communicate with.

Our operator will call you when we are ready to start the three party call. Please make sure to disable the phone setting that rejects calls from unidentified callers.
A three-party call starts the minute the call is connected to the number of the third party the customer provides us with. This will include the time we are put on hold before the person the customer wishes to talk to gets on the phone. Please note that there may be a situation where we are put on hold for a time that exceeds 15 minutes.
