When you order through our website, delivery will be made after confirmation of payment has been made. (free shipping)
Order a Tel*Tell CARD Through a Bank Transfer
Send email to info@rsystem.co.jp with required information as below. Then pay by bank transfer. We will deliver your Tel*Tell CARD after confirmation of your payment has been made. (free shipping *within Japan only)
Required Information
- Name
- Postal code
- Address
- Type and number of cards desired
- Telephone number ( day time contact)

*Customers are responsible for bank transfer charges.
Delivery (within Japan only)
We will ship cards as soon as your order is confirmed. However, delivery may take up to 4-5 business days depending on the address to be shipped to. Please note that we cannot process orders on weekends and national holidays.
Refund
An unused Tel*Tell CARD is refundable if returned within 2 months of purchase. A cancellation fee will be charged. We cannot refund partially used Tel*Tell CARDs. Also note that cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Lending of a Tel*Tell CARD or a Tel*Tell CARD as a Gift
You can let someone else use your Tel*Tell CARD, or give it to a friend or a relative as a gift. Anyone in possession of a valid card can make use of the services.
