What is a Tel*Tell CARD?
A Tel*Tell CARD is a card used to access our interpretation services.Simply call us and we will accommodate your language needs over the phone.
No registration is required. Our operators are ready to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year*. Furthermore, these cards can be recharged for further use. Recharge online anywhere and any time for your convenience.
Following are some of the features of our unique services:
*Chinese/Korean-Japanese Interpretation Services operate from 9:00-22:00 Japan Time.
Tel*Tell CARD is ...
- A ¥1,500 CARD is worth 2 points, a ¥3,000 CARD is worth 5 points, and a ¥5,000 CARD is worth 10 points.
- Our interpretation service requires 1 point for each call lasting up to 15 minutes.
For example: a call lasting 25 minutes would require 2 points, 40 minutes would require 3 points.
*Customers are responsible for the cost of each call for this type of interpretation service. - There are 3 recharge amounts to choose from: 3 points, 5 points, and/or 10 points. Simply recharge your card online whenever your balance runs out.
How to Use Tel*Tell CARD's Interpretation Service
- Show the enclosed "message card" to the person you are having trouble communicating with.
- Dial the access number on the back of your Tel*Tell CARD.
- Scratch the silver area on the front of your card and give the operator the 9-digit PIN number.
- Hand the phone to the person you are having trouble communicating with.. The operator will start interpreting for you.
